Your Odoo project is half finished, something important is broken, or the partner who built it has gone quiet. We start with a health check: a written report on what is wrong and a fixed-price plan to fix it. $299, credited in full toward the fixes.
What the health check involves
We review your Odoo database and any custom code against the problems you are seeing. That means configuration (companies, taxes, journals, warehouses, access rights), the custom modules and Studio changes, automated actions and scheduled jobs, integrations, and the data itself.
You get a written report in plain English: what is broken, why, how risky it is, and what to fix first. With it comes a fixed-price fix plan. If you go ahead with us, the $299 is credited in full against the fixes. If you don't, the report is still yours to use with your own team or another partner.
The steps we follow
- Tell us what is wrong. A list of symptoms in your own words is enough: errors, wrong numbers, steps that don't work.
- Give us a copy to work on. A database backup or a staging copy, plus the custom code. We don't experiment on your live system.
- Health check. We reproduce the problems, trace causes and look for the ones you haven't noticed yet.
- Report and fix plan. You receive the written report and a fixed price for each fix, in priority order.
- Fixes, if you want them. We fix on a copy first, you check, then the changes go to production.
What we need from you
- Your list of problems, with screenshots or examples where you have them.
- Your Odoo version, edition, and where it is hosted (Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or your own server).
- A database backup or access to a staging copy, and an admin login.
- The source code of any custom modules, or access to the repository or Odoo.sh project where it lives.
- Any documents, scope or tickets left by the previous partner.
Typical problems we find
Nobody has the source code
When an Odoo partner leaves, the custom modules often stay in their private repository. Before the relationship ends completely, ask for the code and admin access to your Odoo.sh project or server. If that is no longer possible, the health check will tell you what can still be recovered from the database and server.
Customisations in the wrong place
Edited core files, Studio changes layered on top of custom modules, and copies of the same module in different versions make every later update risky. Odoo Online cannot run custom Python modules at all, which sometimes forces a move to Odoo.sh or self-hosting.
Accounting set up incorrectly
Wrong taxes or fiscal positions, misconfigured journals and duplicated opening balances are common and get more expensive to fix every month.
Automations that misfire
Automated actions and scheduled jobs that send duplicate emails or overwrite fields are often behind "random" problems.
Abandoned or unsupported modules
Third-party modules with no version for your Odoo release can block upgrades. We list them and suggest a replacement or a rewrite.
Pricing and timelines
The health check is a flat $299, credited in full toward the fixes if you go ahead. Every fix in the plan has a fixed price, so you can approve all of it, part of it, or only the urgent items. Timelines for each fix are stated in the plan. If you need ongoing help afterwards, we also offer monthly blocks of 20, 40 or 80 engineering hours, month to month.

Yes. We start with a $299 health check to understand what was built and what is broken, then give you a fixed-price plan. If you need ongoing support afterwards, monthly hour blocks are available.
We don't have the source code for our custom modules. What now?
Ask the previous partner for the code and for admin access to your Odoo.sh project or server. If that isn't possible, the health check covers what can be recovered from your database and server.
Do we have to use you for the fixes?
No. The written report and fix plan are yours. If you do go ahead with us, the $299 is credited in full toward the fixes.
Which Odoo versions do you work on?
Odoo 17 and 18, Community and Enterprise, on Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or self-hosted. If you are on an older version, the health check also tells you what an upgrade would involve.
